Tantric Yoni Egg Practice is sensual, private and a wildly feminine practice. The ancient art is for women only, and arouses the mystery of feminine energy, cultivates sexual awareness and pleasure, and encourages you to take time out to focus only on YOU.

The practice forms a major part of women’s Tantric practice and is a foundation technique for many of the ancient Tantra teachings and advanced practices.

YONI EGG PRACTICE GUIDE 

Tantric Yoni Egg Practice involves using the crystal shaped egg inside the vagina (Yoni) to strengthen the vaginal wall muscles, restore pelvic tone and vitality while also enhancing your ability to give and experience sexual pleasure.

The practice involves inserting the egg into your Yoni gently, and progressing through cycles of breathing and movement exercises. 

Each purchase comes with a 12 page E-Booklet which guides you through the care instructions, how to start, breathing exercises, storing chi (energy) and closing your practice. 

The E-Booklet outlines beginner practice, and advanced practices which vary in the position you lay in and the associated moves. 

Start with the beginner moves and before you know it, you will be an advanced practitioner!

CREATING A SACRED PRACTICE

It's important that you practice with your Yoni Egg in a sacred, relaxed setting where you feel comfortable. To come into your Yin, feminine energy properly, the practice should not be done when rushed or when you don’t feel able to be fully present.

You most certainly can practice when you’re stressed, however! The breathing and the stages of the practice will have you feeling centred, grounded and ready to face the world again. 

So close the door, light some candles, turn on some sensual music and work through your step-by-step guide. This is a time to honour, connect and simply be with yourself.

In time, you will know the exercises and positions off by heart and can more fully be present and aware of the journey within.
The practice is easy and anyone can learn. My Tantra Teacher and Mentor often says, 'The hardest part of the practice is remembering to do it!'

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRACTICE? 

It is recommended you practice 1-3 times per week, but no more than 3 times. 

However if you’re feeling energized and motivated, you can always to the pelvic floor squeezes as many times as you like through out the week without the egg inside your Yoni. 

You may place it on your heart, over your belly or simply in your hands, and practice the breathing and squeezing exercises.
